This is a mindfully crafted space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and release tension. It is designed to meet you where you're at, and support your nervous system to bathe gently in an energy of holding & deep support.  

We'll drink ceremonial cacao to aid in dropping into our hearts & bodies, inviting slowess & ease. You'll be guided through a sequence of long, supported postures designed to calm the nervous system and quieten mind.

This gathering is an invitation to:
? Hear the bodies wisdom, wisdom held within 
? Support the physical body by stretching muscles, addressing fascia system & your energy bodies, to harmonize inner movement with outer flow
? Ground through stillness, even as the world swirls around you

All are welcome. No prior yoga experience needed, arrive as you are.  All props provided.

Whether you're seeking clarity, or simply wishing for space to pause and breathe, you are welcome here.

Expect cacao, soft unfolding, soul-nourishing stillness, and deep rest.

Hi, I’m Heidi! With 20+ years of experience in holistic health, I bring together a unique blend of practices, including Yin Yoga, energy healing, and transpersonal & health coaching, to help people to move towards a balanced, aligned life. I’m all about slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with what truly matters.  

This **Yin Yoga & Cacao ** is my way of creating a space where you can pause, nurture yourself, and experience the healing effects of stillness on the nervous system, and heart-opening rituals. Yin Yoga gently stretches and nourishes your body, while ceremonial cacao deepens your connection to your heart and intuition.
